For the data processing described in this privacy policy, the controller is (see Item 2 above).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProcessing\u201d means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.<\/p>\n<h2>5. What data do we collect from you?<\/h2>\n<p>We collect personal data directly from you in order to fulfil our contractual services:<br \/>\nPersonal identification data: First and last name, company name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, fax.<br \/>\nOther data in connection with the contractual processing Bank details, data for your employees if applicable.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Purposes and legal bases for processing your personal data<\/h2>\n<p>Contractual performance and further regular exchange of information in connection with our contractual services<br \/>\nWe need your data so that we are able to fulfil our contractual services. In the scope of these service, we access your personal data (see Item 5).<br \/>\nThe legal basis for data collection is the fulfilment of the contractual relationship on the basis of Article 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Retention and deletion of your personal data<\/h2>\n<p>We initially store your personal data for as long as necessary, and to the extent necessary, for the purposes stated in this data protection declaration (see Item 6 above).<br \/>\nAs soon as the data is no longer required for the purposes stated in Item 6 of this data protection information, we will retain your personal data for the period during which you can assert claims against us or we can assert claims against you (statutory limitation periods).<br \/>\nFurthermore, we store your personal data for as long as and to the extent that we are legally obliged to do so. Corresponding documentation and retention obligations arise, among other things, from the German Commercial Code (HGB), the German Fiscal Code (AO) and the German Money Laundering Act (GwG). Categories of recipients of personal data<\/h2>\n<p>When providing, implementing and managing our services (see Item 1 above), we also transfer your personal data to companies within Inserco Industrie Service GmbH as part of an internal company process in order to spread out the workload. The transfer takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in carrying out internal administrative activities efficiently and across different departments and improving our products and services on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR and on the basis of the conclusion of order processing contracts in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.<\/p>\n<p>For the processing of payments and, if applicable, refunds, we transfer your personal data to banks, payment service providers, financial service providers and credit card companies on the basis of Article 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR, depending on the payment method selected.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of any legal disputes, we will transfer your data to the competent court and, if you have commissioned a lawyer, to the lawyer in order to conduct the legal dispute.
