offers high-performance systems which are energy efficient, sustainable and reliable.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>Process water treatment \u2013 prerequisites and aims<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The manufacture of MDF boards produces waste water that is contaminated with process-specific residues and cannot be discharged via public disposal facilities.<br \/>\nFor the economic treatment of process water, Schrader developed an energy-efficient recycling system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanical pretreatment or process water<\/li>\n<li>Evaporation of the cleaned process water<\/li>\n<li>Use of condensate for process steam generation<\/li>\n<li>Combustion of solids separated during mechanical pretreatment as well as the condensate from the evaporation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To ensure the 98% availability of this system, a continuous flow must be ensured within the system and all process data must be analysed, including the quantity, quality steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mechanical pretreatment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Separation of &gt; 1 mm particles from the process water<\/li>\n<li>Fine separation of impurities by means of decanter centrifuge<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of cleaned water for evaporation<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of separated solids for combustion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Evaporation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concentration of process water to 30% dry matter<\/li>\n<li>Use of exhaust vapours as a heating medium through mechanical or thermal vapour compression<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of condensate for process steam generation<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of condensate for combustion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Process steam generation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generation of process steam from the condensate of the evaporation system<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of process steam to the refiner of the MDF production<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of the process steam to the evaporation system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>Advantages of the evaporation
