The origin of Hueck Rheinische GmbH goes back to the merger of HUECK Engraving GmbH & Co. KG in Viersen and Rheinische Press Pad GmbH in the year 2007.
The production site in Stolberg can look back on more than 280 years long tradition in the field of textile processing, which today disembogues in the manufacturing and developing of technical fabrics.
The focus of HUECK Rheinische GmbH besides sales and development of new press plate textures is also on the production and development of tailor-made press pads for various applications
Our Focus: Press pads for short cycle- and muIti daylight presses
For the Iaminating of wood-based panels with duroplastic resin films, bonding with liquid resins/ glue films, manufacture of concrete shuttering boards or high pressure Iaminates, the quality of the finished products depends to a Iarge extent on a steady pressure onto the surface of the product.
Therefore, press pads are necessary to adjust thickness tolerances, whilst good heat conductivity is required. Not only different products but also the construction and the age of the press require variations of the production methods.
Pressure, temperature and press time are not constant parameters in general. Therefore, individual press pads for various Iamination procedures are necessary. Through targeted control of thermal conductivity, press pads also help to influence the degree of resin condensation and to avoid surface defects.
A complete product range for all purposes
Only one standardized press pad cannot be the optimum solution in order to cover very different technical circumstances.
HUECK Rheinische and INSERCO therefore offer since many decades a wide range of elastomer and textile press pads with various woven designs. Our press pads are available in specific weights between 500 g/m² and 3.800 g/m².
Our Highlights
Sinas VITO S is our well known and proven press pad for the production of furniture boards. It can be used as well for flooring and phenol coated plywood boards (concrete formwork and anti-slip surfaces). If very fast press times between 7 and 11 sec. are required, the best choice is.
Sinas VITO VARIO SPEED Evolution. It has more contact points for heat transmission from heating platen to press plate but shows additionally a highl elasticity!
Our latest development Sinas VITO PERFORMANCE is especially used for pressing very deep textures of furniture boards and flooring panels (> 120 µm). This press pad type has a higher content of elastic compounds due to modified silicone cables.
Long Production Iife
The special silicone elastomers of our press pads are highly capable to equalize the pressure over a Iong period. Even after multiple cycles no losses of elasticity wiII occur. This ensures our customers a maximum quantity of production cycles.
