Flawless Surfaces in Industrial Production
In furniture production during sawing, milling, or drilling, large amounts of chips and dust are generated, which can lead to production disruptions or quality losses.
When stacked, particles pressed into the surface can damage it. During transport, particles often cause scratches.
Cleaning with Microfilaments in the Furniture Industry
The new Combo Sword Brush UNA U 121 cleans furniture panels and panels extremely efficiently without the use of cleaning agents. In the inlet, there is a suction channel of type Trans-Vac-Unit TKL 46, which sucks up coarse chips and dust upwards.
Subsequently, two sword brushes with special microfilaments clean the top and bottom of the panels and remove even the smallest dust particles very thoroughly.

Option: Air-technical pre-cleaning
The optional pre-cleaning stage Trans-Vac-Unit TKL 46 is mounted in the inlet of the upper sword brush and sucks up coarser particles without contact.
This ensures a clean production environment because fewer particles fall to the ground and relieves the subsequent sword brushes.
Wiping Deep Cleaning with Microfilaments
The brush has a large number of very fine filaments. These microfilaments offer a particularly large contact surface and thus a special deep cleaning effect that removes even the smallest dust particles very thoroughly without cleaning agents.
For industrial continuous operation, the linear brushes are permanently regenerated in the self-cleaning unit. The particles are released from the brush and transported for suctioning.
Constant Wiping Force
The rotating linear brushes are flexibly mounted on a pressure buffer. Irregularities and material thickness variations are compensated for, and the filaments stand vertically with optimal wiping contact on the surface.
This ensures constant wiping force, allowing particles to be removed with consistently high cleaning performance.
