Creativity begins where the standard ends. This was the motto of our first online event, which we held on 3 May 2021.
We were pleased to be able to welcome two seasoned industry experts at the event, and introduce them a little closer below.

Dipl.-Designer Rolf Warda has won numerous awards and prizes for his outstanding design work and has developed successful products for big-name engineered wood manufacturers. Rolf has profound expertise in collection design, advertising and communication.
At our event, he presents interesting new product developments. What fascinates us in particular is his foresight. He looks at our industry as it is today and draws a picture of the future, giving us insight into the mindset of tomorrow’s consumers and giving us the opportunity to prepare today for the future expectations and demands of our customers.

Dr Leonhard Oberascher is a colour expert, psychologist, designer and artist. He has far-reaching experience in the development of successful products for various industries and has supported numerous construction projects with his expertise in architecture and colour psychology. Leonhard has been granted various teaching roles in renowned universities and institutes. Today, his areas of speciality are industry consulting, architectural design, art projects and lecturing work.
His unique combination of knowledge and practical experience has led to a deep understanding of colour psychology, among other things. He gives us astounding insight into the meaning and function of colours and explains how colour is perceived by the human eye. He explains how colour trends arise and gain popularity and gives us a forecast of what trends and colour preferences we can expect for the future.
