Anja Grabnitzki

With several decades of experience, having worked in leading roles in international companies and with a vast experience in all continents, it was clear to us that she would lead our international Surface Team.

Anja, a person with 360-degree mindset.

With a technological and commercial view, she covers all aspects of the surface business, she has a vast experience in finding and giving solutions for the individual needs and demands of our clients.

She is firmly convinced that great design follows functionality, and that each individual product selection should follow the distinctive needs and requirements of each customer.

While she attends our daily business in the surface and value-added department, she also operates as our Trend Scout, searching for new developments, improvements of technologies and expansion of the delivery program with her constant curiosity and up to date attitude.

INSERCO is convinced with the results of her activities and we present a team of experts to support all needs of our customers locally on a quick and easy way. At the same time we are state of the art with regards to innovations and new developments.

Monica Frizon

Monica is our well experienced trend specialist from our offices in Brazil. She works with us for over 11 years and is responsible for the complete Brazilian market as well as supports other countries in South America.

Monica has specific and profound knowledge of value-added products and their special requirements. She is a consultant to our customers, always taking into consideration market demands and necessities for application. She shares her knowledge and experiences in Textures, Designs, Patterns and Coatings.

She is in constant activity to make sure that our customers receive the best possible support and attention in the beautiful work of design.

Ing. Guilherme Hoffmann

Guilherme is a Mechanical Engineer and Professional Project Manager. With his profound background and vast experience, he has a deep understanding of the technological processes that take place in our customers production plants. He specializes in impregnation lines, papers, short cycle presses and the complete value added process, supporting all our clients with clear and direct technical information.

He specializes in optimizing costs and conditions as well as keeping production running smoothly.

We are happy to have Guilherme in our team.

Ing. Josef Zucker

Josef is Electronic Engineer and he is our expert in Mexico and in charge of all Central America. He has been a part of the INSERCO team for over 12 years, covering the complete Inserco business spectrum with the running factories and different industries. Josef all the way from the board production to the value-added process, with a perfect overview of the market.

He knows the different challenges of value-added products and works together with our customers in the implementation of new products, special developments, and Design requirements. Together with his deep knowledge of the different production steps he is dedicated to help with the individual needs and wishes of our customers with tailored solutions.

We are grateful to have Josef in our INSERCO team as a multi-talented person.

Ing. Arturo Riedel

Arturo is mechanical engineer and is taking care for our market in Chile and Argentina. He has brought to INSERCO years of experience in installation of plants as well as of working in production plants. Now he takes care of some of the major international groups of customers with special requirements for the production performance.

With a meticulous technical knowledge, flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail, Arturo is a key component and a valuable team member who works to the benefit of our customers.

His focus of activity is the application of the value-added products, to bring life to surfaces by means of coatings and also by using decorative, impregnated paper and adequate texture.

Ing. Eduardo Ruiz

Eduardo is mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience in the wood working industry. He is taking care of the Andean Region from Bogotá – Colombia.

His technical skills, back-ground, and experience, working in production plants, make him the valuable consultant for maintenance prevention in a running factory.

He is a very customer oriented, solution focused, goal driven person, presenting innovative solutions to each individual need.

His presence in the region is an enrichment for INSERCO’s expectations that we enjoy every day.
