The K trade fair is the world’s leading trade show for plastics and rubber with 3,037 exhibitors and around 176.000 visitors from 157 different countries. This makes it the perfect place to do business and make new contacts.
This international event is a must for everyone that wants to keep abreast of the latest technological innovations and stay up to date on hot topics in the industry. Each time the trade fair takes place, there is usually a thematic focus on certain topics that reflect the current situation of the industry and present a forecast for the future of the sector. This year’s event, the K 2022, took place over eight days and put the focus on the following topics:
- Circular economy
- Climate change mitigation
- Digitalisation
At the K 2022, we saw some business partners, industry partners, customers and friends as well as met new ones. We spoke with the company Vecoplan, which specialises in the shredding and cleaning of plastics, as well as with Brandenburger Isoliertechnik GmbH & Co, a specialist for insulation, and met our customer Filmtex, whose portfolio includes the production and sale of vinyl products and PVC foils, among others.
We expanded our business network and in doing so gained valuable expertise in global and compact solutions in the areas of plastics recycling, antibacterial products, plastic raw materials, software for plastic separation in more than eight different categories, and much more.
